I had a really bad experience at this location, and plan on warning as many people as I can about this place. I tried to bring back a pair of shoes I wore at my house for an hour (you know to test them out). The fit just wasnt quite right and, since I paid $250 for the shoes, I thought I should be happy with the final product. Well Denise, the store manager, thought that my trial run and a piece of sock fabric (WTF?) left in the shoe were too much use and wouldnt refund my money. So, now Im $250 poorer and have a ill-fitting shoe that Ill never wear again. Thanks, InStep! Go anywhere else for your footwear needs.
