The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. When they have drawing for shoes, which I think is ridiculous in the first place. They should inform the CUSTOMERS who plan on paying over $200 for shoes that IF THEY DONT ANSWER the phone, they move on down the list. Which is CRAPPY at LEAST FINISH LINE will leave a message... I WILL NEVER shop at this location...EVER AGAIN!! SOME PEOPLE WORK during the hours YOU call. At least have the courtesy to explain all the RULES when you have a drawing... GEESH!!

Garbage service… They dont hold to the return policy and will only exchange shoes. I would look elsewhere when buying some kicks.
