Well it is official I have lost all faith in Nice Kicks. After being in contact with the owner numerous times and him promising to send us something for our experience. Even tho we never asked for anything he insisted he send something to us. First it was some T-Shirts but those never seemed to make it to our house, and then he said he was going to send us something very special and it has been about a week and a half since that promise and still nothing tried to get in touch with him to ask about it and Im not mad about not getting anything at all. I never expected to get anything, it was just he gave me his word and as you can tell HIS WORD means nothing because he promised to make up for our visit and yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE WHICH HE GAVE HIS WORD ON DOING. If you ask me dont waste your money or time at NICE KICKS. In this day and age your WORD is everything its what gets you RESPECT and gets your Company a good name but I guess that doesnt matter anymore. I will from now on be going to any shoe store but Nice Kicks to fill my sneaker addiction. And again Im not angry more along the Lines of Disappointed in this entire experience. UPDATE:Well After talking with the owner on the phone and talking about our situation we had. He promised us to send us something in the mail or what not. We have been waiting for even an email response back but still nothing and we have no interest in ever going back to Nice Kicks.----------- When we first got there we were excited to be at a "Premier" Shoe store but that quickly turned to just plain disappointment. They had a wall of shoes in this cool looking display but a lot of the shoes were just regular shoes nothing special about them. The service could have been the worst I have ever experienced in my sneakerhead life. I have better conversations about shoes at the mall shoe stores than I did here. I would rather go to the mall or any but here to get my new kicks. I must say this store is over hyped and just plain boring.

Ive been going to NiceKicks for about a year. Usually Id enter a raffle for whichever Retro Jordan thats released the following Saturday. Basically if you win a raffle ticket of your shoe size, then theyd reserve that shoe for you to pick-up! Well, theres something fishy about that rule. Recently the low-top bred 11s released and I entered a raffle. I didnt receive a call from them telling me that I won. So, I decided to go up there right when the store opens to see how many people actually got called.. I waited outside for at least 2-3hrs just to see how many customers actually won the shoe. Nbs, it was literally only 2 customers that walked in and bought the shoe. So I walked in thinking there was more shoes of that kind being sold considering the fact that only 2 customers bought it. The manager Greg told me that they were selling out fast and to come back in an hour to see what they have left. So, in my head Im thinking "How did yall sell out fast if only 2 people bought the shoe?" Fine, so I wait another hour. One last girl walked in and bought the shoe. As she walks out, Im walking in. I over-hear her thanking Greg for the shoe. At this point Im a bit irritated. So I ask again, how many shoes did they have left. They told me to wait for a bit, and that they were gonna re-raffle the shoe. So this time I decided to wait inside the store. Nobody else walked in to purchase the shoe. So, getting anxious I walked over to the clothes rack and decided to look for a shirt. There it was in plain sight, 5 large boxes with Jordan boxes inside that read Jordan Retro Bred 11s and they had my size. For the last time I confronted them about the boxes I discovered even after clear evidence, they STILL gave me the run around telling me that they sold out.. Moral of the story: They only reserve shoes for people they know, and theyll give you the run around, wasting your time & money! DONOT SHOP HERE!

Not even three steps into the store Im checked out by all the workers. Im walking around the store, looking for shoes and during the process I see many workers throwing rubber bands and talking about other costumers. I then finally find a pair of Jordans and ask for my size and they dont have my size. Im not mad that they didnt have my size, but after reading the reviews from this store I know that this happens to many other customers. I really dont understand how this store has loyal customers after the rude employees and especially the rude (African American) Manger. Once the manger told me "The only time I see you in this store is when were doing raffles", but when I plan on buying shoes they never have my size. The employees lack knowledge of customer service, but they dont lack knowledge of shoes... thank god. After leaving the store Im then stuck trying to exit a cramped parking lot that is extremely small. Of course theres good things about this store is that the inside is clean and modern and they allow many sneakerheads in central Texas a opportunity to buy rare shoes. My overall experience was extremely awkward and I for sure plan on not going again, and hopefully you dont plan on it either.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This place is absolutely horrible. They do not have a return policy on their website (yes, check it out...its just pure "word filler"). I bought some defective shoes (the soles were coming off) which they refused to return. Everyone I talked to gave me a different story, clearly there is plenty of miscommunication at this place. I contacted them via phone, email, and even in person, to no avail of course. I finally contacted Nike and they are doing all the work, Nice Kicks has been nothing but a horrible experience from the get go. I think this is a scam and am considering taking legal action. This is absolutely ridiculous and just enrages me that a business will not work with you after selling you something that isnt even good enough to walk in. I have yet to have been contacted by this store full of swine and probably never will. Anyway, dont shop here, youre much better off going to ANY other store but this one.

Man this place is awesome everyone there will be more than willing to help you. Colin is who i always ask for but i can honestly every time ive been there when he wasnt working the other people are more than helpful. Ian is another one who i personally never met but follow on twitter he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I can say i bugged the living crap out of him on twitter about a release he never got rude or anything less than professional with that said Ian answered my questions on his on personal time just as i would think he would at work. Oh wait i forgot Greg dude awesome whole staff is awesome. Now as far as the bad reviews on here ive with my own eyes seen how some people treat these guys and they hold composure. Nice kicks cant possible have every shoe you want get over it but they are up to date and will help you anyway possible
