I purchased 2 shoes from the clearance section and was also carrying one baby in my arm and pushing another in a stroller. I asked for a plastic bag to carry the 2 shoe boxes. I was told they ran out of covers. After run in another errand for 15 mins in the next shop I saw customers walking out with plastic bags. So clearly they had them in Stock. Maybe they dont hand out bags if you buy clearance stuff? Or maybe cos I am not white? Either way, it was not cool. Esp cos my hands were already full carrying 2 babies

Staff was unattentive and not helpful. Clerk asked several people in his immediate area if they needed assistance, but ignored customers toward the back of the store. Stood at the check out desk while staff discussed how they were going to change displays. They seen me standing there, but it took the manager to finally ask the clerk to attend to me. They do have a nice selection of shoes for a good price. Unfortunately I will go to another location for my future sketcher needs due to my experience with staff.

Same experience- 3 workers at register that did not acknowledge me or the other customers in the store. Did not say hello or acknowledge me at the register except to say "is that all". Like the shoes and bought but it is evident that management does not stress the importance of friendly & helpful staff.

3 workers all of them stayed at the register for the 20 minutes I was in the store. When one actually walked past me not a word. I would have bought 3 pairs of shoes instead Im leaving with zero.

I love my shoes. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I went there because they didnt have my size at the Round Rock location and had a better experience. The store was so clean and organized.

Best prices for Skechers. We discovered Skechers 4 years ago and they are the only athletic shoes that we buy now. Prices are good, but keep in mind that it is mostly a self-service venue.
