Walked in to purchase a pair of shoes for my mom across state where its cold I found boots in the clearance section I loved to fit her weather conditions I asked a worker named GARY at the cedar park store for a lid to the box (because I intended on shipping them) he told me no because the are clearance and the lids are not included. I found an identical pair that had a lid and took it up to the front so I can ship them I even asked a differ my worker to assist me because GARY was so rude. GARY then intervened and took the lid and said I couldnt have it because I wasnt purchasing full price shoes. GARY is terrible with customer service and extreamly rude all over a lid. This makes no sense because if those identical shoes go on clearance like the ones I purchased they are just going to throw away those lids. Terrible customer service and terrible interaction. For my first time in this store, I will not be coming back.

Horrible customer service from the manager Gary. Gary called me a bully when I asked for a return of $2 shoelaces. Gary checked us out and confirmed that my sons shoes were both wide at checkout. Only to get home and one is wide and one is regular. Then at return when I asked for a refund of the shoes and shoe laces for our inconvenience he caused us, Gary said he would refund them but that I was acting like a bully and waved his hand in a circular motion near my face. I asked Gary if he had a manager and he responded that his manager doesnt like bullies either! As a customer, I have never been treated so poorly!

Went in to purchase a dress show for my daughter. I didnt know her size so asked her to see if any people in the store can help her to measure her feet. She went away and came back to me with the shoe size measurement and asked me to measure for her. I told her I dont know how to thats why I sent her to ask for help. She said "the lady said your Mom is right there" then turned her back on my daughter, and thats it. Never experienced that before in my 11 years shopping for kids shoes. Other stores they offer to do that so we pick up the right size.

Went in today and the cashier was very RUDE. The store hadnt even been open for 2hrs and she said because shes had a long busy day....Lady you chose to work there..its tax free weekend its going to be busy. For the record they were not even busy

Went in today and had a bad experience with Gary the manager. Went in to find shoes for a wedding and he was rude about my daughter eating candy in the store and helping me find a shoe size. Defintly wouldnt recommend shopping here.

Worst service. Stay away. The manager is a useless person. He did not give his name. Was very mean and made fun of my size.
