Brought my Red Wing brand shoes back to this store today and store owner would not honor my receipt for refund shy 3 days from cutoff of comfort guarantee which I was not aware of until I went to the other store and purchased a much cheaper (same quality) as my old pair 4 yrs and still wearing. It was then I discovered the "comfort guarantee" of 30 days! But since it was only a few days more than that he was within his right to not honor it, but since I told him I was not aware of this policy till I went to the other Red Wing Store in SA . The mgr there was not shy about letting me know up front unlike the stuck up owner in NB. Needless to say he lost my business forever & any good recommendations I might of had for Red Wing Shoes. It is not right that he was not up front about the guarantee as it is not on the receipt nor posted in his store.

I recently went hunting this year and stopped in for a pair of boots and lets just say I was floored with the selection and impeccable customer service. They didnt have the boots I wanted but they were able to order the boots I did want right there and then! I really enjoyed how knowledgeable, polite, and patient staff was with me and the inside was very clean and organized. Very impressed and cant wait till next year when I need another pair of boots.

I went to this location after visiting another one. I received much better service here. I was sized for work boots. The lady who helped me was patient and showed me 3 sizes to make sure I had the right fit. Then she ordered what I wanted because they didnt have the waterproof version in house. I love my boots and this is my location for Red Wing Boots from here on out.

Came in to look for steel-toe boots and ended up purchasing some casual shoes as well! Red Wing should be proud to have an establishment with such fantastic customer service, excellent selection, and helpful staff! I will definitely be visiting this location for all my Red Wing needs from now on.
