The manager their is a joke I called to see whats this the right location I need to be calling and the manager told me their located off of Lamar he basically lied your a lier when you know damn well that pawn shop do not have Lamar address it clearly sits on Ben White and the location have a Ben White address so why lie your too old to be still acting like a child the manager Uoshie or whatever they need new people at the location the managers are livers

This pawn shop sucks. Its the worst pawn shop in Austin. I have an item i tried to pawn so they give me a price. Couple of several hours later i come back with the same item and they give me a different price??? I said wait yall are offering half of what yall offered my earlier. The ezpawn employee said "well you should of taken the other offer" how are you going to offer a price and then cut it by 50%. Thats ridiculous. The manager was real rude.

Carlos the manager was AMAZING ! He cut me a deal on a Schwinn and the chain was out of place and he fixed it for me and even went out of the store to buy an air pump because the tires needed air all for me! Talk about customer service!!! Wow!!!! This man deserves a raise !!!!!!! The entire crew was happy and very friendly and helpful. 5 star experience forsure!

Walked in with an expensive set of Callaway Forged Irons to get pawned. Resale value is maybe $400-$500. 18 year old looking girl at the front looked at them for 2 seconds and said $20. Literally without even looking up the brand. So just know thats the kind of uneducated children youll get behind the counter at this place.
