I am a contractor and was looking for a tool and was told by the manager that it was half price of a new one after doing research I discovered that it was only a very small fraction below new price I went back and tried to negotiate with him and in broken English he said he didnt know and that was it. What I want to know is when did Customer service get thrown out? I will never return and will not recommend to any of my associates.

Everyone was extremely courteous. Clean shop, some really good inventory with some great prices. Bilingual staff members if youre a native Spanish speaker.
