Girl at the front desk thats always in here thinks she knows everything. Tried saying one of the highest end gaming mouses you can buy she could only sell for $30(retails at 90 and was un-opened )the ignorance in that place blew my mind. Then she started asking for a receipt for the mouse I got gifted to me over and month ago at my birth day insinuating it was stole because it was un oppened. Seems like shes the owners daughter or somthing. Should really train there employees not to treat people like criminals. Went here many times and had great service from all the other employees but somthing needs to be done about the power hungry girl in there. Learn more about how much stuff is worth they just looked at the mouse and said oh a mouse that cant be worth much. Ignorance at its finest.

The clerk was really rude and demeaning when I was in the shop. I bought a few blu-rays, and then was asking them about a sound board. First, they acted like they were doing me a favor by even letting me come look at it. I noticed that it was in much worse shape then the ad claimed, and the model sells for about 50~100 on ebay. They were asking 900 for it, and I offered 200, and upped my price to 300. Instead of turning me down, the clerk made fun of me and told me hed rather throw it in the street then sell it for "that low." I thought my offer was generous considering what the board sells for, and it was very condescending to make fun of me after I had already spent some money in the shop. I would never buy from these guys again.

i pawned a bike here and they stored it outside even though their website says it will be stored in a controlled environment. when i complained he brought in the bike and it had a price tag of 79.99 on it and he flat out lied to me and said it was a pawn ticket receipt. my bike now has rust on it. This is a 900 dollar giant revel 29er im talking about. ive tried contacting management and no one responds or calls me back. when i call and ask for jerry Rodriguez they say let me see if he is still here and always say he just left.

Quoted a price for a watch over the phone. Came in to pick it up and pay in cash, as agreed, only to have the employee who quoted me the price claim he couldnt sell it for that price. Then had another employee, who wasnt ever involved, claim that the employee who quoted me a price never actually said that. Completely dishonest outfit. Stat away.

The staff is "very friendly and helpful, and they will work with you".They also have great deals on good quality items all the time. Done business here several times, my friends have as well, and I would recommend them to anyone. Especially over the other place in town( the one down the road ). "Will def be going back."

I went in a bought a ring through the assistant manager Reese she was a ton of help she help me get the ring off my finger an also worked with me with the price on the jewelry an then cleaned an buffed it for me couldnt have thought her enough such great service thanks Reese!!! 5 stars!!!!

Best pawn shop in georgetown by far!! the staff has changed up and changed companys couldnt ask for anything better they might lowball but they never make you feel low they treat you like people and if your a regular your friends its awesome

EXTREMELY racist and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go to National Pawn on Austin Avenue and Hwy 29. their parking sucks and theyre pretty rude too, but at least they are helpful and dont try to screw you every time you come in.
