I went in because a part of my laptop casing had chipped off and my trackpad was no longer working. My laptop is 5 years old and definitely not under warranty. They told me about a quality program Apple had that might work for me, otherwise it would be around $100 to repair the top case. They called Apple, got the part in, fixed it - FOR FREE! It was covered under the Apple Quality program (which I had no idea about)! No service charges! They were SO AWESOME, VERY HONEST AND FAST. I was very worried about parking and accessibility because its located downtown but there is a convenient, free, parking garage right behind the store. If you cannot make it to the Apple store, or if you are not under warranty, try out Compu Zone.

My Macbook Pro is slightly old (2009 edition) so after going to the Apple store, I wasnt surprised when they told me I needed a hard drive bracket to get my computer in good working condition again, which would cost around $150. I looked at reviews of a few places and decided to come here and am so incredibly happy with my choice! They did a diagnostics on my computer and realized a hard drive bracket was not what I needed but instead that it was the new software update which had crashed my computer. Compuzone was able to upgrade my RAM for a great price and get my computer back to like new condition! So thankful for Michael and the team here!

I have been to Compuzone twice for problems with my Mac and have found the employees there to be nothing short of courteous and helpful. Compared to the Campus Computer Store and any Apple store, this place is such a relief. You are able to call and talk to someone immediately, they will call you back and let you know what is wrong with your computer and when to expect it to be ready, and they seem to thoroughly examine your computer before returning it to ensure satisfaction. I have no complaints with this place (especially because I have an Apple warranty, and I havent had a significant charge there)!

The only place to buy Apple products in Austin! They are so knowledgeable. Unlike the Apple stores, you arent waiting with a gazillion others to get service. They answer questions without making you feel stupid. Their service is amazing when you encounter difficulties, or think there might be something wrong with your computer, iPhone, iPad..... They also offer one on one classes that make you feel like an expert after you have completed them.

Compuzone guys are really pros....! I did not take any appointment, I did not wait but there was always someone assisting me with all my silly questions and computer problems. They promptly attended and thoroughly examined my macbook pro when it ran into a problem. I highly recommend compuzone to anyone fed up with apple stores!!!!

Just walked in and no wait. Explained to the older fella that the MacBook appeared dead. He called in a young fellow from the back to work with me. He hooked up a diagnostic and figured out the battery still had a lot of life left but just needed a good long charge. No charge and very pleasant! Im sending friends there!

They were so welcoming and patient when I explained what happened to my laptop. I took the laptop in to them on Monday, and they got it fixed by Tuesday. They would have got it fixed earlier if they did not have to get the part from Apple! I will be recommending CompuZone to all my Mac owner friends. :)

Official Apple retailer. I brought my computer here when the hard drive failed. They gave me EXCELLENT service....They really try to help you out here. I would definitely come here over an Apple store any day. And I didnt even need an appointment. AND they accept the GoLocal card! Thank you Compuzone!

Awesome place walked-in and asked for assistance with my Apple TV the handsome young man was able to assist me right away and fix my Apple TV issues, so grateful for finding this place and for the great service they provided I definitely recommend this place for anyone that has any Apple products.

A great place to have a Mac system worked on, especially if living anywhere downtown in Austin. Theyve done excellent work on two of my MacBook Pro systems over the years without any problems. Very convenient to ride my bike over, drop it off and pick it up when repaired.

The technician is very friendly, quite helpful, and very knowledgable. Everyone else – service reps, owner, etc. – is horrible, and the front-of-store customer service sucks. Either I came in on a bad day or the staff has changed since the other reviews were written...

Well, they couldnt save my MacBook Air I dumped a martini in but they were able to save my data. I purchased a new MacBook Pro and they did all the "magic" to make it like my old computer. Techs are awesome and willing to talk to you and answer questions.

Damn these guys are fast!! Got my Macbook Pro logic board replaced with a brand new one due to recall from Apple. Didnt think there were going to have in ready in less than 24 hours though!!! Awesome job guys!! Thats why I keep servicing my Macs here. :-)
