If you havent been here - SAVE YOURSELF! This place has everything you could ever need for your home. Curtains, pillows, furniture, cleaning supplies, patio furniture, mirrors, fake flowers, seasonal items, candles, utensils, dog beds, and snacks. Yes, snacks too. Almost everything I saw there was made in china. So beware of the quality of your items. I chose a really good-looking mirror but as I walked up to the cashier, I realized it had a couple of scratches. When I went to look for another one, it too, had scratches on it. As long as you check your stuff, I think youll be pretty happy with your purchase.

Extremely disappointed to find out when you call the store it sends you to an automated viocemail stating you need to "email" someone if you need help with something. I personally would much rather speak to someone when i have a problem with something! I dont live close to garden ridge so i drove all the way over there to have someone tell me i couldnt even return what i was trying to call the store about. Not going back there again.. VERY poor customer service. (yes they have nice/cheap stuff.. but when it comes to needing to return anything that breaks, good luck getting your money back.)

I want to speak to a person! Dont bother calling, because its useless, all of the prompts lead to dead ends that are NOT helpful. Who even goes to Garden Ridge!? Youd think theyd snag any opportunity to speak to a customer. The "Product Inquiry" just leads you to a recording that says "All products are on the shelf and ready for you to shop." Well, no s*** they are, I just want to know if you have THE product Im looking for before I sit through 45 minutes of traffic to get to you!!

This place is every hoarders dream. They have everything you could imagine in the world of patio and garden decor, at pretty reasonable prices. If youre looking for new patio furniture this is the place to go! You can mix and match cushions, pillows, etc, so that you can change them up anytime you have a whim of decorators remorse! I bought a set of string lights for $4 (no joke). This place will have you lost for hours.

Omg DO NOT try to return anything here without a recipt evan if your item has gardenridge tags on it ,they will not take it evan if you have spent thousands of dollars on furniture and home items at their store.I cannot believe they couldnt return a six dollar item,ridiculos.The managers and employees are so rude it was the worse customer service i have ever experienced.

Garden Ridge seems to have slid in quality and service in recent years. The fake Christmas tree selection wasnt as good as Home Depot. All the vases and ornaments are very bland and arent very high quality. When we reached the checkout, there were a dozen customers and only one checkout open. We ended up leaving our basket and left.

I love this store .. So many home decor options to choose from and the prices are not bad for the quality you get. The only thing I wont buy again is a black leather futon... It was about $500 and it broke shortly after I bought it..

This store is where you can find everything for your home from beautiful decorations to furniture! They also have seasonal decorations! This store used to be called Garden Ridge Pottery. Love this store!! Very reasonable prices!

I almost did not go here because of the reviews. I am glad I did. This is a perfect place for eclectic furnishings for an apartment, dorm or a rental property. Watch for the red line deals (50% off) all over the store.

Enormous store with a large variety of items and styles. Most stuff is mediocre quality and made in China. Lacking in customer service. Store is always in a state of flux and has pallets of merchandise that block aisles.

This place is like a giant flea market and I love it during Halloween season. PRO TIP go here when you have time to waste and wonder in as many aisles as you can looking for red lines through price tags for half off :D

A good place to get cheap home items for decoration. However, I would not recommend this when looking for items to keep permanently in the home, definitely not something youll pass along for generations to come.

Theres no doubt the selection is the best youll find, but the store looks unorganized and cluttered. Prices are really fair, but check the item carefully because the clutter might lead to minor damage.
