The grocery pick up team is amazing at this Wal-mart. My wife and I have been expecting the birth of our son and it happened on a day when we were supposed to pick up our groceries. I called the store to see if we could reschedule or if wed have to cancel our order, which my wife didnt want to do. They said they would hold it for us till tomorrow and we or someone else could pick it up. My sister and mother were kind enough to grab our groceries that day and what happened next shocked us. The grocery team gave us a care package filled with all sorts of useful things and a card signed by the whole team. That really meant a lot to us and was above and beyond in my book. Thank you to the entire grocery pick up crew at #3017 Spring Hill, TN!

I was here earlier today and was planning on buying a few things until i got to the registers and saw that in the 3 registers that were open and self serve area had lines 4 to 5 deep and yes this included the self serve area. Whats the point in having all those registers if your not going to use them. I waited for some time to see and hoped one of the staff members putting stock away would of noticed and do something about it but i was wrong. They could not of cared less. I guess putting stock away is more important then serving people. I hate complaining about stuff like this as i would usually just not come back without saying anything but i really like this store.

I have T-Mobile and recently my cell phone died for good. And I was told by an employee that the cheapest way to get a temporary phone til I could afford to replace it. Was to by a family plans phone from them that it powered by T-Mobile and for me to put my sim card in it and it would work. I took his advice and got the phone well the phone dis me no good at all it didnt work that way Wal-Mart locks their phone for a year so I brought it back and policy chance just recently and the have the year network lock they wont do anything for me im just put of luck so i ended up with two useless phone and out $100. Thanks for nothing Wal-Mart!!!

Normally I give 1 star to Wal-Mart due to how they treat their workers and how nasty most stores become but this Wal-Mart is the cleanest (at least compared to most) and most quiet / calm Ive ever been in. No clue why other than its newer. But give it time. . .

This is one of the cleanest Walmart stores that Ive ever been to. The staff are not very friendly and are pretty sparse, but that is pretty typical for a Walmart in general. The management deserve props for general organization and cleanliness in this store.
