Customer Service: Terrible! Location: Terrible! Environment: Terrible! Price: Terrible! Donuts: Good. I rate eateries by these 4 factors. This donut shop is located in a run down strip mall where most of the stalls are empty. It appears to be dying as merchants move just down the road to the shiny new buildings. The lady taking orders acted like there was a line of customers out the door and she had to serve at break neck speed to keep the line moving. There were 2 of us in line. After she served the customer in front of me she asked me "what you want?" I flashed back to the soup nazi. So to lighten the experience I asked her "do you have hot doughnuts?" which of course is a reference to Krispy Kreme doughnuts, the Gold Standard in the south. She looked at me like I was an alien and said "warm enough!" She lied. They were cooking glazed doughnuts in the back and that is what I wanted. She grabbed 3 very cold and possibly day old doughnuts off the tray under the glass and got 3 more from another tray. I finger tested them in the car and 3 were ice cold and 3 were room temperature. EPIC FAIL in todays competitive market. The environment inside is dark, dirty, crowded with a mis-match of seating (even an old broken executive office chair!) and makes you wonder where the health department inspection is posted. And then the final coup de gras, PRICE! 6 glazed doughnuts and 6 doughnut holes for $9! You gotta be kidding me! This is an establishment to avoid. Go down the street and get your doughnuts from Publix, Kroger or even Walmart. The price is better, the doughnuts are the same and in a much friendlier and inviting environment. Bottom line, this place aint Krispy Kreme!

If you want Krispy Kreme, GO TO KRISPY KREME. If you want delicious, tender donuts with amazing and unique flavors, do yourself a favor and go to Donut Palace. The owner is speedy, hilarious and quite lovely if you engage in conversation. The regular flavors she has during the week are outstanding (blueberry is a favorite) but her weekend-only flavors such as avocado, jackfruit (if youre lucky!) and sweet corn donuts are AH MAZE ING. Dont miss it.

Service sucked. They rushed and we were the only people there. The place was dirty and cluttered. Oh and did I mention there was a BUG COOKED IN MY DONUT and the lady acted like I was an idiot. Saw the bug and tried to make every excuse saying it was this or that and not a bug when it clearly had legs, antennas and was A BUG!! I wasnt refunded my full amount and the bag of donuts and bug were thrown on the ground. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

The store was officially closed and the other donut place in town never opened (winter weather), but even after I pulled up to Donut Palace the sweet lady that runs the counter unlocked the door and had me fill up two boxes worth.... FOR ONLY $10. Wow! Thats not customer service....thats just SWEETness. Im a loyal customer for life. NOTE: our family has been here on a few other occasions and have always received great service.

Being the only place in Spring Hill for donuts- Dunkin Donuts I guess they can afford to offer less than awesome service and rush you to make your selections. Difficult to understand as well what youre getting as many things are not labeled. The restaurant was quite a bit cluttered and seemed unclean

Now I will have to say that I have purchased donuts from here before and they were good, but on another occasion my donuts tasted like Chinese garlic chicken. They obviously fried the donuts in grease previously used to cook Chinese food.

Best donuts around! They are all made fresh in the store. The owners are really friendly and almost always give free extras. They sometimes make special donuts with fresh fruit or avocado. The apple fritters are good for your soul.

Donuts are great and the service is entertaining. I enjoy going here weekly. Remember, twists = 3 regular donuts. Be nice and ya might get an extra donut hole.
