Ive always received great service from these guys and theyre prices are amazing. My wife fell in love with a Leo ring at another store which was way out of my budget. Kevin and Caleb were able to order get it for me and save me about $1500. Having worked in retail myself years ago I understand how challenging it can be to juggle so many things randomly thrown at you day in and day out and trying to appease every customer and situation that calls or comes in. So, really appreciated that they told me when ordering about a possible delay because my wife has tiny little fingers....seriously were talking pencil thin....and that the vendor might have to customize one for a size 3 1/2. Sure enough, thats what happened and it took about 45 days longer, but hey I just saved a ton of money and I dont have to worry about loosing diamonds from sizing a bigger ring down too far. My wife was huffy and impatient at one point and swore off Kays, but calmed down once they explained that Leo was making a special version of this ring just for her that will fit her perfectly and that making a beautiful ring of such high quality isnt something that can rushed. Needless to say, a few weeks later when my wife finally saw the ring on her finger...in her tiny little size....well, lets just call it a Kodak moment. That day I was able to walk down to Bass Pro and buy a new Minn Kota trolling motor for my bass boat and she didnt say a word.

If you like and want to keep your jewelry go anywhere else ... You are paying a small fortune depending on your taste and budget to get what you like just to lease it for 11 months out if the year you have to send it off for 2-4 weeks twice a year .so they can check it just to get it back afterwards so called repaired it to just repeat the process because the same Stone will just fall out again and again and again . Nobody wants there wedding set to be missing stones and especially not the Same one over and over again. And they sure dont want it gone all the time .who has time to drive back and forth all the time .just to get there jewelry repaired . I gave a ring I bought else where had for 12 years never a problem not one . But they cant fix a ring where the Stone will stay in for 6 months .... Please dont buy from Kay if you like to actually wear your jewelry.

If there was a zero. That would be my selection. They lie about payments, they wont accept returns within their 60 day policy, the triple the monthly payment ie 50 per month but really is 270 per month. Sales lies to make a sale, cusome service lies to cover for sales, billing tells you they wont do anything for you unless you are in collections. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want something nice pick another jeweler that is honest.... the assistant manager is the one that lied to my husband. He also went 1400 over my husbands credit limit. And told him that he was way under.

I give this store, more specifically the manager - Caleb Ruehl, 5 out of 5 stars. I had been in contact with him regarding a particular bridal set that I wanted, and he ordered the pieces and had everything ready to go on the date we had planned for me to come in. We inspected each piece to ensure accuracy and authenticity and he worked with me on price to where I was able to stay within my budget. (35% off retail at regular Kay stores!) I highly recommend working with Caleb for your next jewelry purchase, no matter the price.

BEWARE!!!! I found a diamond band I liked. It was priced $369. I talked Dimitri down to $200 including tax. At the register he told me it was going to 200.13. I said thats fine. I didnt pay attention when I swiped my card. A week later, after finding a cheaper ring, I returned the ring. I noticed they returned $250.18. This guy almost got away with cheating me out of $50. I would stay away from Kays!!!!! You cant trust them!

The people at the store are very nice, but every time my ring has been sent out for repair or something it has taken well over the time "promised" Last summer it took a whole month! And these repairs are because of the rings diamonds coming loose or falling out! Two different rings in 2 years- I think the message is clear-
