We moved from NJ to Memphis recently. There is no comparison between Princeton NJ store to this one! I agree with the previous reviewer on the prepared foods in the buffet --too salty, poorly prepared and sub- condition of the store. We were treated unfairly by some of the staffs several times and my kids told me that they felt be discriminated first time in their lives from this store. They grow up eating foods from Wild Oats and Whole Foods and now they refuse to go to this store. I am trying to find alternatives to avoid go shopping there. I cut my shopping trips from several times a week to once a month or less now.

I try not to patronize stores that employ personality-less employees. I swear, every time I visit this store I encounter rude employees or mute employees. Its almost as if they are daring us to interrupt their little nap. And, this mentality (the helpful-less) seems to be a common characteristic. If anyone needs a good cleanse its these folks. I spoke to the manager about this apathetic mentality months ago, and, I guess that was a waste of time given my recent experience there.

I normally dont go to these ridiculously fancy places, hahahaha, I am a poor interpreter (after all), Whole Foods-Whole Paycheck but tonight I was dying for some extremely lightly sweetened mint tea and I found these amazing and delicious beauties that made love to each and everyone of my tastebuds. It was love a first sight!! I highly recommend them. Gotta give them a try people!!!! You wont be disappointed!!! Get them at Whole Foods, where else.....

I live in Walls MSabout 10 min. from Southaven Ms, there needs to be a whole foods market in southaven or olive branch ms. The one in Memphis is nice but its too far to drive to on a weekly basics. It takes me 45 min to get their. The grocery stores here have a few organic things but not enough, my son needs to eat unprocessed organic foods because of his health. I wish the company would open a Whole Foods Mrket here in north ms. That would be great!

I love the food because there is so much to choose from and I can get exactly what I want for breakfast, lunch, dinner. But it is way too expensive for everything. The majority of the food they sell is organic and non- GMO.......EXCEPT their salad bar. Thats just plan out wrong: promoting healthy food by selling it, but trying to make their salad bar as cheap as possible. Its a bit of a scam but I cant help but go because it has what I want.

The store is vastly improved from the previous setup. Much larger food court with a great selection of hot and cold items. The addition of local brew in Growlers is fantastic. I recommend at least trying this place out to see if it works for you. I would give it 5 starts but prices are high for many products and foods. The store would get much more of my business if it competed in pricing with local chain stores.

Having flooded their shelves with their own brand products, there are a number of items no longer available here that I used to buy when it was Wild Oats. The Racconto pasta I can buy online, cheaper, too, but the sun-dried tomatoes I cant replace, or a number of other things. On the other hand, the warm foods are better and the service there is better. If I could pick one or the other, I would pick Wild Oats.

My wife and I love the selection of quality ingredients and foods. The store always feels crowded though, and most of the fellow shoppers look like they hate life. Eating healthy good foods doesnt make you miserable, but you couldnt tell it from the people youre bumping shoulders with in this store. Jeese people! Get a fresh slice of gourmet pizza and a gluten free cupcake and chill.

We stopped here on a road trip to the east from Cali. I have been to many Whole Foods and this one is a little more run down than the rest and not in a great area (perhaps a good area for Memphis) The salad bar was small but good. The breakfast bar was left out a little too long. The staff was very very friendly and the best thing about the store. Prices were typical for Whole Foods.

I was rushing with my grandchild today and forgot to put my grocery in the car. I left it in the basket beside my car. After arriving home about 30 minutes later realizing my grocery was left behind, I called the store. They had stored it safely away until I came back to get it. A very kind gentleman brought it to my car. You cannot ask for better service than that.

Bigger and nicer after the remodel. The groceries, particularly the produce, are excellent quality, but youre going to pay for it. Theres a reason people call it "Whole Paycheck." I made a lunch plate from the food bar one time to try it out. The food was a little above average, but the price tag was $15. I guess Ill write it off as an educational expense.

I love whole foods especially their smoke mozzarella pasta and orzo spinach mix. Now of course, they have a lot other great healthy options of food to taste, but these are my two favs. Little expensive on some things; however, I think healthy living will possibly shorten doctors visits. So its worth spending a little more for food than doctors bill.

BEN AND THE BUTCHER ROCKED! Store poorly stocked... and selections minimal in comparison to any other WFM I have frequented over the last 19 years...Fresh baked bread hard as bricks, I totally felt ignored by the Bread Associate... ...and so on. I drove over two hours to shop and stock up. My first visit was great...second and third were painful!

This WF is substandard compared to others in the country (both in small towns and comparable cities.) The lighting is oppressive, not much control of olive bar--I saw a few people "tasting" olives repeatedly in several of my visits, and the employees saw it and did nothing. I wish someone from the Health Department had been there.

I travel a lot and I always try and hit up a Whole Foods when I do. Out of all the locations Ive been to, Memphis has one of the best! Great variety, store is very clean and organized, and this location offers amenities that many others dont including a barbecue restaurant with a bar, a cooking school, and tons ready-made foods!

I come here for lunch at least once a week. The hot bar is fantastic. There are always many delicious options that change out weekly. At about $9/pound, its a cheaper and healthier option to eating out elsewhere (provided you learn to restrain yourself). I also enjoy their fresh made juices and smoothies, which range from $5-8.
