I am serious about my health and have always looked for professionals to increase my knowledge of vitamins and supplements for a better body. The owner/operator of Green Fox Health is committed to offering interesting and sober care to each customer of her store. Life long health is not a past time for her. If you place a high-priority on yourself, this is the store to frequent. This entrepreneurial endeavor shows wholehearted intent to care for the customer; not with flashy sales, but with service and knowledge. Green Fox offers foot detox, reflexology, a wide ranging library and a delightful sitting area many times crowded with regular customers exchanging life changing habits amongst themselves. I moved away from Pensacola to central New York state ten years ago, but still buy my vitamins and supplements there and keep up-to-date on remedies and helpful suggestions.

I will never set foot in this store again! Yes, the lady is knowledgeable but she is also rude and overbearing. I agree with Healthnut 123, while I was on foot so we had no parking issue... she was rude, disrespectful and down-right ugly to me in front of my daughter! She blatantly told me that despite being widowed that my morals and intellect were suspect due to my status as a single mother. Ive never heard such ugliness. And when I spelled "dead" so as not to bring my toddlers painful loss of a father to mind, she commented that my daughter better learn how to spell soon...whatever that means!! I dont know how she can be so ugly and so conscious at the same time, its a paradox, but it doesnt interest me enough to ever go there again. Maybe no great loss to her, how much could a single mother afford anyways, right???

Gosh, this woman that answered the phone was borderline rude. I asked if she carried a certain product, and specified it be the edible kind, to which she said, "Is there any other kind?" Im NOT the expert, she is. Any time I said anything she made me feel like I needed to apologize. Customer service and people skills are not her forte. I end up calling one of her competitors and that lady said she hears this from so many people. This lady should use her skills in the "self help" health arena in a more productive manner. I wondered who made her that way and so I tried to be extra nice, but I was getting nowhere. I finally told her that I was sorry for bothering her. Shes DRIVING her customers away with that condescending attitude. Shame. I couldve given her some business.

I did not have a good experience when I visited this health food store. I did have an appointment across the street but I had wanted to go in just to see what was in Green Fox and to see if they might have something that I would like to try. Once I walked in, and explained I wanted to see what I could find because I was a health nut, all I was greeted with was, "you have an appointment across the street? And that is your car in my lot? You need to move it. This is my lot." I could have been a good customer but because of the bad service and the rude behavior towards me in front of my daughter, I feel like this place is not for us. Radiante Jaqueline, however is a very nice place to be.

Kays knowledge and expertise in optimal health is refreshing and comforting. If you have a problem, she can point you in the right direction and has almost certainly had some experience with treating it, as she is very, very knowledgeable on so very many levels and passionate in treating CAUSES and not just covering symptoms.

She preaches a lot about organic clean living, but if you go in the back to use the bathroom youll see every chemical known to man. Also, I came there to buy some herbs, and all I got was an earful about Hillary and Trump, illegal aliens and taxes. Holy moley.
