Amazing service! A lady named Megan helped me find two products that I ended up buying. One of the products that I bought was apparently brought in by a customer earlier in the day for a return because it was broken. Megan took the time to check my product for any defects. She was very helpful but not to the point where I felt bombarded.

The older woman that works in the skincare section is just plain rude. Shes been rude to me on multiple occasions but the last straw was when she was rude to my FOUR YEAR OLD! Will never shop at this sephora again, will make the extra drive to go to collierville!
