I have had nothing but bad experiences at Bella Boutique. I made a special trip to Knoxville specifically to shop for a prom dress, and upon arriving nobody even acknowledged my party when we walked in, or even helped us find what we were looking for. I finally had to ask someone to get me a fitting room since I was having to carry around all the heavy gowns I was wanting to try. I found a dress I fell in love with, and the store owner and another employee said they would look into calling the warehouse the following week in order to get it for me. Two weeks later, I had to call and remind them, and by that time the dress had sold out for the season. Last week, as a last resort while in Knoxville, I tried to give them another chance. I drove 30 minutes out of my way on Kingston Pike in Thanksgiving traffic to find a still unopened building, even though their website said their grand opening would take place in October. Very misleading.

I am a former employee of Bella Boutique. I worked there for about a year and wanted to let everyone know, from the inside, what an incredible store it is! Not only is the selection incomparable to other local formal wear stores, but the work that the owners and all the girls put into this store is what sets it apart from other boutiques. The owners, Tom and Kim, will work hours late to be sure that each and every customer finds their perfect dress for their occasion. The employees may be young, but each girl is here because they love what they do. Not a single person doesnt like coming to work. This reflects in the customer service, and all of our customers realize the genuine effort that they put into selling dresses. If you want personal attention, competitive prices, and unbeatable customer service, shop at Bella!!

I hate an absolutely horrible experience here. Although it was crowded, the employees were not offering any sort of help to anyone. My friend and I both asked an employee if they had certain dresses that we saw on their website, but instead of offering to help us find a better dress or one similar to, the employee replied with a quick "no we dont have that" and walked away quickly.. Not to mention, the entire time we were there the employees were dragging dresses all over the place, and I ended up getting hit in the legs with the garment bags several times! Also, they did not seem to have anything "different" or unique, all the dresses looked the same. I most definitely will NOT be returning; its not worth the drive.

I own a consignmnet store in LaFollette and I took my daughter to Bella Boutique 2 years ago to purchase her dress. My daughter is heavy and was treated very poorly at some of the other formal store. 1 she actually left in tears. When we found Bella Boutique we decided to go is an was very pleased with the quality of customer service that we received. We found a moderate priced gown that was just perfect for my daughter! She was truly treated like a queen. Now when my customers cant find what they are looking for I had them a card and send them to Bellas. The girls she has are young but who better to help shop for a dress than someone that can relate to what a teenager wants!

Everybody has complained about the customer service, but you really need to go to Bella when it is not busy. If you go on the weekends during prom season, the store will be packed and obviously its hard to be organized and helpful when 50+ girls are trying on dresses. I recommend going on a school/work night or earlier in the prom season. My mom went into the store on a work day and got some great help from one of the girls. She reserved 2 dresses for me and the girl in the store picked them out exactly how I described what I wanted the dress to look like. Go when it is not busy- they will help you and make the experience way better.

We will definitely be back to Bella and refer to friends! The owners as well as the girls that work there strive very hard to help my daughter Abby in every way they could and good customer service goes a long way in my book these days! As a side note we did come on Saturday but only had about an hour to browse & it was super crowded but the girls were still Super courteous & friendly but we decided to come back when we could stay longer and glad we did because my daughter with the girls help found "The Dress"! Amazing customer service!! I walked in and felt right at home. I was helped right away. The dresses were all incredible and there was such a large variety! I was afraid of someone having the same dress as me and was thrilled when I learned they registered dresses so no one would be in the same one! I left the store with my entire outfit. They seemed so happy to be helping me find the perfect dress and I am so happy I went there! I will definitely get all my dresses from here!

They had dogs running around the store, which was horrible for my mothers allergies and asthma. The blaring rap music was really annoying. And to make it worse, the staff was completely unprofessional. They were gabbing about their personal lives the whole time they were standing around us. They didnt seem at all interested in helping us. I have nothing good to say about Bella Boutique.

The customer service was really good!!! Dresses were absolutely beautiful. Definitely better than davids bridal when it comes to bridesmaids dresses and prom dresses. The only reason why its only 4 stars is because Ive been to places where the dresses are better organized by sizes, and here you literally cant really pick your own dress, you need someone who works there to help you.

They were soooo rude to me and my three friends. We stayed a minimum of 7 minutes and three of their workers were awful. My mom was walking by her purse went across her back and that woman turned around and went off. Theyre awful. Never again. Save yourself some time, & dont go.
