we found the opposite of shuo huang & we were only browsing (family member & I), the saleswoman asked us if wed like a bottled water (twice) and bonus points! when we left we both remarked to each other what a great salesperson she was. in the past week, ive been to cartiers website several times to see the item & purchased it today. had it not been for the fantastic salesperson, i would have never tried on the item much less purchased it. although it did not benefit her directly, my experience in this store MADE me purchase cartier where thered been no intent prior to our store visit. i did not need the cartier item i bought but after hearing the saleswoman and family member both say ohhhh yeah simultaneously when i put it on, i cant stop thinking about it, almost haunted by it - lol good job cartier, good job!
