I love the West Town Mall Shop completely, however,....I can not stand this place that is located inside of JC Penny on Parkside Drive! The employees ARE rude and are more interested in themselves than customers! They like to "play" make-over with each other. No one asks if they can help you, at all. I gave this shop 3 chances since it has opened and each time was worse than the time before. I wont even go in it any more...even to look, even though I can walk to it. It is a very small and cramped "alcove" in the JC Penny store and they dont have everything that the larger stores have...which I do understand...to a point...they actually, in all 3 of my visits had only "one" product I needed!! I hate going in there for another reason....people can also go into the Sephora shop and "pay for their other JC Penny purchases"...which is just wrong...I had wanted one item and had to wait almost 15 minutes while the Sephora employee rang up a whole pile of childrens clothing being made by a couple who had to go over each and every item...they were in line to pay but still were not sure if they wanted all the items they had in there mountain so this made the wait even longer and more annoying!! Plus if you buy in this Sephora....you do not get your VIP member points!!! These people who work in this little shop are the reason I will not go in there again! They are snobs and they are rude!! I dont like it so I dont put up with it and I go else where!! The West Town Mall shop is just so very much nicer!! I wont give this place another change...3 times was enough!

This location has excellent customer service! I was debating between a few products and the woman who helped me actually took alot of time and offered to apply the color corrector and foundation I was looking at. Very knowledgable staff that made you feel comfortable. The associate applied the make up for me, suggesting a particular brush to go along with it which I loved! I ended buying all the products she used for me. The girl at the counter was super sweet and expressed genuine interest in the products I was purchasing. As I was checking out, the woman who had applied my make up put two samples of some other products we had discussed into my bag. Overall, long story short, I was just really pleased with my service and will be back. Earned my business!

I recommend this sephora over west town no doubt! West Town ladies are a bit rude and not interested in helping..though there are like 6 girls on the floor at a time! Sephora in turkey creek is ALWAYS nice and very helpful! 2 ladies working and they make time for each customer! I recently had an awesome experience with "Haley" She helped me and a few others out..the other girl working was awesome as well(cant remember her name) but they together tended to EVERY CUSTOMER with smiles and tips! This is definitely my go to sephora in Knoxville

This Sephora is the only one Ill go to now. The person that wrote a bad review is obviously an employee at the Sephora in West Town Mall, which doesnt make sense on her part since shes working for the same company. The employees at this Sephora have never insulted me and they are so polite and helpful. If Im spending $100 on good makeup I dont want some snobby girl behind the counter telling me what bad skin I have trying to get me to buy more makeup.

I finally decided to purchase the Blooming Bouquet 3.4 oz EDT . Clair was the sales associate who assisted me and made my decision making easier. She was very friendly and helpful ! I had several questions about the product I was thinking about buying. Clair answered all my questions with a smile. I will be back for future purchases.
