Whitney & her team were so friendly, inviting & helpful! My first purchase here happened to be my first pair of Louboutins & I am so happy about my purchase! Not only was the price great but they gave honest feedback as I tried on the shoes which I appreciated because it showed me that they werent just trying to make a sale. I also liked that they were knowledgeable about different luxury designer products because it gave me confidence that they authenticated all those products. Even before I came into the store they provided excellent customer service via social media & kept me informed about the status of the purchase I wanted to make. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely the best customer service! I ordered via Instagram and I was able to reach out and speak with them after hours. I paid at night and the Uggs I bought were shipped the very next morning. I received them in 2 days (2 days before Christmas, let me add)! Their communication is amazing and my boots are even better than I imagined. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! I highly recommend shopping with them. I cannot wait to purchase from Upscale Resale again!
