Hey there my Wife and me are buying since many Month Stuff in Donelson and Hermitage,Brentwood,Smyrna and Murfreesboro Goodwillstores but we dont know whats going on in Hermitage and Donelson?? The Prices are to high in Electronics,Employers of Goodwill safe Stuff for each own and dont like to sell cheap Items for the Custoumers. We buy almost 600-900,-$ a Month and our Friends from the christian Church also a lot of thausend Dollars but ......you have to watch the People at Donation Hermitage(take all Time Stuff into the privat Cars)??? looks not very serioes...and Donelson tell the People that they make Buisness in eBay with the "Goodys" and thats not fair????? If this Situation not change soon will quit and give back our Reward Cards (17) Thanks for attention Sabine

for me while i love shopping at goodwill, i despise the poor condition of the stores, especially the one in hermitage. both women s toilets are broken and from what ive heard and seen they constantly flood. the floors are filthy almost like theyve never been cleaned, or havent been cleaned enough, there is a dust city under the pants so if you so much as drop a pair it gets picked up covered in dust. i pity whoever has to work there and deal with that day to day. cause while the great deals are awesome, i dont wanna worry about walking though such a filthy environment.

I have been at this Goodwill Thrift Store several times, on different days and at different times of the day. Its often filled with very second rate, picked over items. Goodwill chooses to put their better items, from every department, on their auction site. If youre looking for a great "thrift store find" at Goodwill, all I have to say is Good Luck.

I avoid it on sale Saturdays but any other time the items are nicely organized and I can determine if an item Im looking for is there or not. I try to find little knickknacks and they usually have what Im looking for.

I have never had a bad experience at this Goodwill. I even left my cell phone in a cart one night at closing and one of the workers found it and stayed there with it until I got all the way back.

Fun place to go rummaging through as you can find some great items at great prices. The employees and management are absolutely wonderful. They are very helpful and friendly.

I went here to buy a couch. The lady made me wait for hours to get the load out of the truck. Well initially it was 2 hours later it was 6. I left and got it from outside.

They dont have the best selection compared to other locations Ive been to, but you may find a gem every now and then. As far as service goes, they are very good.

The check-out line took 20 minutes to wait in. Once at the register the clerk was helpful and nice. I have never been here and not spent 15+ minutes in line.
