Specialty locations like this take the thrill out of treasure hunting at the regular Goodwill or thrift stores and finding that diamond in the rough and charge considerably more $$. But the plan is to Increase revenue on used donations with these boutique Vintage Vogue locations and the online Goodwill auctions. Merchandise is picked from inventory and premium priced according to a designated list of labels or perceived retail value. Saw a "name brand" purse with signs of wear at Vintage Vogue for $48.99. Regular Goodwill or a consignment store would be maximum $25 or less. And at a consignment store, the previous owner would get money for selling not donating it. And the staff might be able to reduce the price based on condition. If money $$$ is not a consideration, Vintage Vogue is a fun place to look but if you are on a budget, there are no bargains here. Locations are smaller than the usual Goodwill stores with an attempt to replicate a boutique or small store look and feel. Saw leather jackets, UGG boots, Coach tennis shoes, small retro household items etc. as a sample of the merchandise offered. Prices comparable to a consignment store (where the merchandise may be in better condition with more knowledgable staff) but this is not your regular thrift store nor is it intended to be - it is catering to a different customer base - younger or collectors with more disposable income.

Have to try on a lot to find things that fit, but there are some great items here. I saved time by wearing a tight shirt that I could try shirts over top of and not have to worry about the dressing room.

There are plenty of neat things to browse here but the prices are too high. If they dropped everything about $5 -$10 then this would be a hidden gem of a place.
