This goodwill store is a complete joke. From its prices to upper management. I always thought goodwill as a place to help people, after seeing how it is managed it is quite awful. From purposely overpricing items that sometimes are more expensive than buying it new from the store. But you think that may be ok because the first Saturday of the month everything is 50% off. Ha. Let me be first to tell you that they price things accordingly. They will price all new things that day or days before double the price they normally would. So after the 50% they can sell it at the price they normally would sell it. But surely if employees would simply complain or notify HR, then that would be fixed. You are surely wrong again. After Multiple notable and just complaints from multiple employees. They are left as moving targets for next to be fired. Being a supervisor myself in my profession, this absolutely infuriates me that HR would eventually stop answering phone calls by employees who are just generally concerned for the consumer and their own well being. I personally grew up in a low income family, and had to use the support of goodwill and other thrift stores. I had thought as I child this was a place that was there to help us. It deeply saddens me to know all this. Im hoping to at least warn people about whats going on. You can decide if this place deserves your hard earned money.

Went to pick up a piece of furniture there. The first associate was helpful and friendly. She told me to pull my car to the side. However, another associate (rude blond female) told me to move my car, said no one would tell me to park there and was very hostile and demeaning. Will not be returning!

Doesnt get the volume as the main Lafayette Goodwill but offers more than West Lafayette with a very friendly staff, bright well organized building, and easy to get in and out of in a good location.

Clusterfuck of a place, management in the clothes aisles is none existent. The sizes are scrambled all over the place. I only rated it 2 stars due to the friendly customer service.

Alot of junk here. There was a broken plastic container I wanted to use as a saw block but that wanted $2 for it. Goodwill is getting pricey.

This goodwill does not have a good selection like the other goodwill in town, it is almost impossible to get good mens clothes there.
