I went here last night about 9. I stood in line for about 20 minutes waiting for the young lady to assist me. Then, when I was the next in line, she got on her computer. She never acknowledged me or the other man who was standing there, or said she would be with me in a moment. Nothing. Didnt even look up to show she knew we were there. I hope they will hire some employees who treat clients with respect and courtesy. I for one, went home tonight and will take my printing needs elsewhere, where the employees dont act like Im putting them out by breathing the air.

The staff is very helpful and sincere. I was in a hurry and needed to make color copies, but the copy machine was low on ink and the copies came out washed out. When I expressed my concern, the lady at the counter immediately had me email the documents to her and she printed color copies from their computers behind the desk and she gave couple of extra copies for the inconvenience.

Daymon stated out geeting me as walked in door while he was busy doing things behind counter but said he would b right with me to help. Help he did,i needed few picture reprints. Kinda lost on how he worked. He took me thru it step to step. Very patient,very nice young gentleman.This is customer service. Please make sure he gets a perk if allowed. Thanks to Daymon.

I have used this location for personal and business needs. Their large print service is just ok. Their smaller printing services are great. Service is usually good. Shipping from here is fine.

Worst service ever! very mean and careless! they make you wait a lot then they cheat you and dont get the job done. when you e-mail them to complain they never reply back to you!
