I have been a customer at this store for over 7 years and have spent several thousand dollars there during that time. While I find Margo and her staff to be courteous and helpful, I find that their attempts at up-charging me for services greater than what I require to be bothersome. The policies enforced by corporate and carried out by the staff at this store have turned a long time customer into a customer who will never be coming back.

Do not use ups. Go through fedex. Waiting or my package was supposed to be delevired by today to apartment. Front door to building was open and everyone was home in a 4 unit apartment deliver put sticker on door as opposed to coming to unit (signature required package) is not the first time we had problems with them not wanting to go through unit to get signature. Easier for them to put sticker and have us pick it up.

I pick up my mail there several times a week and I have often dropped off packages to be mailed. All the staff there is always pleasant and courteous. Margo will go out of her way to please her customers. Overall I am very satisfied with the service there.

Was horrible. I brought in a couple packages and he act like he never saw. A guy came in after me to pick a package up and helped him right away. He knew him.

Store hours do not match what is posted online and via Google. Closed at 6 on Friday. Thanks for wasting my time! In the past service was just OK.
