Alpha Graphics is now my only source for design and printing, the ability to literally text John Bickers Jr. what I want or give the team a quick call is so time saving you cant really put words to how valuable their services are. I met them about a year ago for small project I was working on with a partner, and since then I have launched other companies that they have been in the design process from the first day. In my world everything is about marketing and the message you are sending out, they have taken the time to get to know me and how my brain works, which is why every piece of literature or design comes out perfect to my tastes. Every time I have the chance to pop by I do, and no matter what is going on in their world someone always immediately stops what they are doing to come see whats on my mind. Exceptional customer service Best Design team I have met And they all truly seem to care about the process that we (business owners/marketing) go through in our heads and always take the time to get it right. I have other friends that have printing businesses, but Alpha has won me over and Im staying with them until retirement.
