Their costumer services sucks!!! The lady who works the counter is rude as is the man who answered the phone. Told me they would call when my prints were done and 2 days later I finally called and the old lady said they had been done. This is after I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before she came back to tell me her computer was slow... Completely disregarded the fact they were going to call me when they were done. I will go to AIM from now on. The man who works there is polite and pleasant. I hope the owners read these comments because I plan on spreading the word that their services is so bad. We do have other options, Minuteman!

I go to Minuteman Press for all my printing project needs. I absolutely appreciate the people at the Edwardsville location. They are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never experienced any of the issues the people before me mentioned that was bad.. Note: always be a great customer and you will always receive great service.. remember that!
