I went in for a simple drop off and to send out 3 packages. The gentleman behind the counter, Ed, was very friendly and inviting. There was also a UPS driver picking up packages and kindly waited till Ed was finished with my shipment to make sure it got on his truck before he left. For such a quick and easy visit this guy had a good impact on me. Its nice to see people are still friendly during the holiday season.

Unbelievably great. Had a problem at another UPS store, so I came to the Huntley location. They got me in and out quicker than the other store could tell me "Im not sure we can help you." Was seriously out in 2 mins. Great service.
