I was trying to get a (time sensetive) $250 job sent electronically to this Fed Ex location. I had not heard from the store so I called the location 2 hours after I sent the oricional email. I came to find out that the job was not started because there was a problem with my file. I ask how to fix this issue so we could get the job started and the employee stated that they had no idea. I called the UPS store down Poplar and their "graphic artist" helped me with everything and their quote was less expensive. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again for this service even though they are closer and usually can get jobs done in a faster fashion.

Clerk was very helpful but my service was not complete. I paid to fax a document and it turns out that despite receiving a confirmation document, it was never received. The company searched for the fax around the incoming time and nothing. They even searched the fax number for the entire days incoming faxes and nothing.
