Called them 6/27/2016 to ask if theyd be interested in buying a very expensive doll I have ; Instead of being polite AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MADE OUT TO BE, he was rude and sounded as if he was too lazy to speak on the phone, rushing to hang up the line. Any "Pawnee" across the globe, even if theyre not really interested in what you are trying to sell/pawn; They actually want to hear you out and listen to what you have. But NOPE! Not this guy. He wasnt even interested in talking on the phone, much less actually carrying on a conversation and listening to the extraordinary story I had began to tell him. Ive never been there & never even seen this place.. I already dislike it! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Walked in and was neither greeted nor spoken to when I was looking around. If we had a question it appeared to be a problem for them to supply an answer. Their customer service was very lacking, and I did not feel welcome the entire time. Actually started to feel more uncomfortable as they whispered amongst one another and just looked on. Theres TOO many other pawn shops to take my service to.

Never had a good experience. Not just because I couldnt pawn my items.... Just the treatment. Unacknowledged. If you like that sort of pawn shop, thats the one. After 3 times, never again.
