I came back 3 days later to return a FAKE Tiffany & Co. piece of jewelry I bought from them , paid $350 for it, that was marked Sterling and 750(18k gold) waited patiently to receive help while they finished up with another customer. Guy asked me what he can do for me and I said I needed to return something, he yells out "What is it!?" I discretely say in a low tone to be respectful of his business not to raise concern with his other potential customers in his place that the piece he sold me was an imitation and not even real gold be plated brass on a silver bracelet. He then said in a strong defensive tone "Well how do you know its fake!?" I then proceeded to tell him I had it tested and I did my research. He then tells me I will have to come back tomorrow when the lady that had sold it to me would be here.....Im thinking to myself "What?!?!"......I then explain I just drove 40 min from home to take care of this and asked if I could talk to the owner or manager....Get this.... He then says " I am the Owner!!"....I reply " Couldnt you just take care of this please" .... His response after a deep reluctant sigh and looking at me with a squinched eye was "Didnt you know it was plated?!... " No I didnt, otherwise I would not have bought it" He then says "Well its going to take at least and hour for me to do my research youre gonna have to wait" I said " Ok I guess if I have to..." after about 5 min he says " Its real Tiffany and look they are going online for about $800!" as he is pointing to his computer monitor. I then explain " Yes they are but those are genuine Tiffany & Co. made of REAL gold and silver look at the description and they look slightly different than this piece, Tiffany NEVER sells anything plated in jewelry." at that moment I thought I had pleaded my case and that a refund would be graciously granted... boy was I wrong... hes pounding away on his computer.... pulls up another similar piece and again I had to explain to him " Yes its similar but that is REAL and this one is FAKE, look at how the piece is made clearly different... after about 15 min of going back and forth.... he says" Ok screw it!" he reaches in his cash drawer grabs $350 and as hes doing so he says " I cant believe you thought it was real gold even the lady that sold it to you knew it wasnt real gold!" Im thinking to myself this guy is actually admitting he knowingly sold a fake piece of jewelry and hes bitching cuz he couldnt get one over on me! He then tosses the money across the counter like it was a frisby and says "Here!" and storms off. I politely say "thank you" to try to save the moment and then say " You know Ive spent several thousand dollars on pieces of jewelry from you in the recent past....." and before I could finish he quickly replied " Then you should have known it was plated... youre and idiot!!" storming of in a Napoleonic way..... I again say thank you and left. Not sure if they are hurting for money or he was hoping to screw somebody with it but that was one of the strangest experiences from any place Ive gotten. Not at the slightest bit professional on any level. No concern for the customer so if you decide to go there be careful of what you buy otherwise be prepared to duke it out with the owner.

Im truly flabbergasted about the unprofessional shady experience from the staff and owners of Instant Replay Gun Rage. My husband put a gun on layaway, and for our wedding anniversary I called the store from Iraq (where Im working as a Paramedic) to pay the gun off for a surprise. All he was waiting for was the paperwork. But his gun was paid in full. Excited about the news he returned with additional paperwork that was requested. He stopped by to see if he can shoot his gun in their range. When he asked about his gun, the store clerk said he was "unable to locate it". The store clerk contacted the owner for assistance. The store owner said hed be back within the hour. My husband waited for hours for the owner. Another individual went to look for my husbands gun, and he couldnt find it as well. Over 2 hours waiting the owner finally showed up and said "ohh we sold your gun" they sold my husbands gun that he had on layaway that I paid off on June 25, 2017! No apology, no well give you a discount, no well give you an upgrade, no well give you free gun range time, nothing but well order you another gun!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!

The owner or whoever was working when I came in, is a complete idiot. I brought in my laptop for appraisal and he wouldnt even look at it, calling it a "dinosaur". Well, little did the moron know, this dinosaur was a Lenovo laptop with a 2.66GHz Core2 Duo, 4GB of RAM a 128GB Solid state drive and Windows 7 ultimate. Granted its no "i" series but still hardly a dinosaur. All 3 of the employees were very rude and didnt pay me a lick of attention which is surprising considering their store had NO customers in it but, with such a impolite and unintelligent staff, I am not surprised it was empty. Their gun prices suck too. Edit: Well Tiffany - The cornerstone to any good business is good customer service and insulting a customer isnt the way to go about it. He could have at least taken a look at it or at least told me no in a friendly way. He didnt have to be a dick. Also, I dont think youre a customer, I think youre one of the idiots who work at that hell hole. Look at all the other bad reviews, Im not the only one who was treated poorly.

Ripped Off. Treated Rudely. Dont go here. I brought my over-under shotgun to these guys to repair a firing pin which broke. I was quoted a price for labor plus parts, and they said they would call me in a few days to let me know when they expected the part. After a week I went to inquire and was treated very rudely by the gun smith. He again promised me a phone call to let me know the price of the part and when they would expect it. Still, nothing. Finally, nearly two months after dropping the gun off originally, I get a call to tell me its ready. I go in to pick it up and the guy decides to jack price of the labor up, and I suspect he upcharged me on the part, or possibly didnt pay for it at all (I called the manufacturer and apparently the gun is in warranty which means they will send a part for free). Bottom Line: I got what I wanted, but paid nearly double what I was quoted for the work, and treated quite poorly in the process. Also, their prices on new and used guns are very competitive, either.

I have been here several times and they do have a decent range, although small, it has digital target placement which is unusual for most ranges. During my most recent visit, the RO came in while a few friends and I were shooting and he started sweeping up our brass. I told him that I was planning on sweeping it up and keeping it so that I could use it to reload. He went off on me saying that as soon as it goes past our backs it becomes his property and stated that no ranges allow you to keep your brass. I told him thats bullshit and ended up taking it anyway. You know, being a dick is not the way to keep your customers coming back. I, for one, will not be giving them any further business. Their gun prices are also very high, even for being a pawn shop. Id rather drive a little further and go to Shoot Straight. At least they will treat you with some respect.
