I have been a customer at this location. There was a time when my husband and I had an extremely tough time financially and we had to pawn every piece of jewelry we owned. We had moved from another state and never expected things to go so terrible for us. There was one point when I just could not come up with the money to renew my loan. I thought that it was gone for sure. My husband and I went into the shop (me practically in tears) and spoke with the owner. It just so happened that my things were still in the store. Even he thought that all of my things had been sold, but, it turned out that they were never shipped. We discussed our situation and we were able to pay a little each week until we caught up. I was so happy. We finally got on our feet and we paid off the loan in full. I was never treated negatively. The owner even told me that if I knew that I was not going to be able to pay the interest to give him a call and discuss it with him. He said that he would rather that I was able to keep my items then to lose them. I am one happy customer. My son goes into this store now to purchase used video games as they have much better deals than the local used game stores in the area and one game my son bought did not work, we went back to the store believing that there was nothing that they would do for him, but they exchanged it for another game. I do not believe the reviews I am seeing on this site. Some people do not understand that a pawn shop is not going to give you retail value on items. They need to be able to turn a profit, that is why they have a business.

First of all I have a big problem with companies that abuse online ratings services such as this one, and if you will notice there are a pair of 5 star ratings present. If you take these two ratings and combine their info it paints a wonderful picture of what an ideal pawnshop does with no overlap of information whatsoever, not to mention they are written with the same literary style. False reviews aside, I was treated with a great level of disrespect at the store today. I rarely do business with this establishment in the first place because of their consistent low-ball offers and highly priced goods, but today after receiving a low offer on an Item I wanted to sell, I made a counteroffer. Now in my experience that is common practice at a pawnshop, to make a counteroffer? No no no not at this one, mind you I had been in the store less than 20 seconds, and it was about 1 second after I made a reasonable counteroffer that this very rude lady pounced on me and the situation and says to me "you obviously cant take no for an answer" and ushers me out with her hands like Im some sort of child or junkie!? Counteroffers are part of the business, I was so shocked at her word the only thing I could think to say is "are you kidding me?" and then left. Dont go, Im not going back.

Uneducated staff when it comes to tech items, example: i went there for a wii u console that is of course Nintendos new system (2012) while packaging the item away for layaway the staff member insisted i get an outdated 480p cable for the previous console know as just wii not wii u, i had to argue and explain to the employee about the how the new consoles, ps4, xbox one and wii u all come with and hdmi cable, while this person insisted on me purchasing what is already included and standard. i understand businesses have to make money but trying to rip people off for accessorizes that already come along with the item simply isnt ethical or professional by any means. the manager seems like the only there who knows his stuff, and actually wants to make money while making the customer happy, nice dude but the staff in there need to be reevaluated or hire people who actually have a good common sense idea about todays industry and products.

The offer the owner made me was a joke. $45 for an XBox 360 with 2 controllers a rechargeable battery pack and 4 games. Tried to move him on his price, got a hand in my face and no farewell. I am well aware of the shops need to make money, but offering me less less than a third of what you intend to sell the items for is thievery. At least I had the good sense to walk out. Dont recommend doing business with these people at all. In response to you: First of all, I did not ask for $150, I asked for $100. Does not change the fact that when I began to try to negotiate with you, I got your hand in my face and you put your back to me. A proper response if I was being rude or insulting but neither was the case. Like I said, not the best way to practice business, glad I didnt do business with you, especially now that you slander my review with lies.

Felt the staff had no clue what they are doing I took in a set of diamonds total kart weight very good clarity and was only offered 25 dollars because and I quote "it would take at least a year to get rid of them." I was tried for a fool. Went across the street and was offered $450. Needless to say I felt like they tried me for a fool again when I brought in a camera and mind you it had normal wear and tear they wouldnt take it even on pawn because of minor scratches on the screen. Mind you the important parts being the camera lens and CCD(the piece that process the actual image) did not have a single scratch on it. Again I went across the street and was offered $125. This place is a joke and the people who work there are a joke.

This is not your average pawnshop. The place is small yet beyond clean, organized and just an overall awesome pawn experience. I walked into this place to sell some gold and "Boy I did not know what I was walking into", I even asked some pretty girl in there if It was a pawn shop. She was so polite yet bouncing everywhere working like she owned the place,( I think shes the owner) and the only girl there! Anyway they paid me Top Dollar and I mean I shopped around shhhhh , but from the fixtures, to the display to the crew that was there I Loved It and Will be back this is what I call a PAWN SHOP OF THE MODERN TIMES....

This place has the best staff. I have never been treated so well. They dont judge people unlike other pawn shops. They worked with me from the very first time I pawned with them. Unlike big chains they see you as a person and not a file. Even after moving 45 minutes away I was going to try value pawn and quickly decided they were bad to work with. So now I make the drive and will always give them my business. I mostly deal with Javier and tiffany and they are such professional and nice people.

I have sold several items here and always was offered a fair price. I have also purchased many electronics (TV, ipods, amps) and jewelry (gold, rings, necklaces) and have always been very satisfied. They even call me when something comes in that I may be interested in buying. I have recommended International Pawn to a lot of people and they have thanked me for hooking them up. It is so much better than dealing with the corporate owned shops in the area.
