I love L. Mae online and shopping locally at the boutique. I read the last review and feel it is completely inaccurate as I have shopped with L Mae since they first launched online. They do a wonderful job of advertising and promoting their sales and clearly communicating them. I have never had a problem returning anything. I have worked in retail for years and know firsthand that sometimes customers, myself included, misread policies. You cant blame the business for your own errors. L. Mae is a breath of fresh air, on trend with the current fashions, great price points, and a extremely friendly customer service. Thankful that they are in town now!!

Terrible business practices and very poor communication when ordering online. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Sizes are not accurate at all. Promotions and sales are not communicated clearly. Also returns are 10 days from the day they ship them to you. Not too good especially since they are using USPS. When you call to inquire about returns, they provide conflicting information. Will never buy another thing from them and have made sure to tell all those I know. There are a lot of greater boutiques out in the Ecommerce market that I can choose from.

I love love LOVEEE L. Mae boutique! I shop there for all occasions weddings, graduations, date nights, and even for the beach! The store has sizes and styles for all body types and prices for someone shopping on a budget or ready for a shopping spree. The store offers sales consistently, and the customer service is outstanding! The employees help me match things together, and they give great advice on what to wear for different occasions. I shop at the store and online, and I recommend that you do too!

I would recommend L.Mae Boutique to everyone. The costumer service is great and there are always discounts on already affordable clothes! I had a question about how something fit so I just called the costumer service and they were so helpful and nice! I was able to get the correct size the first time I ordered! It was so nice to actually call in and get a person on the phone that was not only willing but excited to help me!

L. Mae Boutique is the perfect place to shop. Unlike a lot of the other boutiques in the area, they are very reasonably priced and they offer a wide variety and selection of clothing. The owner was super helpful and made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. I highly recommend L. Mae!
