I think Ross will be closing Florence store soon. The last three times that I was in there the racks were practically empty. I had noticed the quality of the clothes had started changing too. I used to be able to find nice dresses and suits there, not any more.

Rude staff along with worthless management makes this the worst Ross Ive shopped at. The store being a complete utterly mess doesnt help either. Good job guys! Hire a real store manager!
