Very well organized one of the best I have been to in a while, the only fault would be that the staff was too busy stocking and organizing but the store would not have the organization it has so it was not a problem at all, again very well organized store would shop there again.

A smaller books-a-million with one really rude older female employee who tries to make customers feel bad about browsing through book before purchasing. She spoke rudely in front of customers on purpose about them and lost a sale. The Cafe people are nice and friendly.

BAM is one of my favorite book stores even compared to the Barnes and Noble because it is a lot quieter and really nice areas to lounge!
