Came to this store once and I will not return. Asked a cashier for help and she was not sure, so she took me to what appeared to be a member of management for further assistance. He did not ever even acknowledge that me and her were standing there while he carried on his private conversation. If he would have been helping another customer I could understand, but not talking about college and the weather for ten minutes while I just stood there. The cashiers apologized for him saying he "liked to talk", more than helping customers apparently.

From the moment when we entered this store we felt welcomed. The management gave assistance via phone and text as to the availability of products so that after taking the 45 minute drive we were confident in that we would find what we were looking for. At LifeWay of Florence we left with far more than our receipt could account for and for this reason we are LifeWay patrons.

I Stopped in this Store while i was visiting my family and was overwhelmed the friendly service. i recommend that anyone that wants to be treated like you are the number one of a store shop here because they do everything they can to give you the service and the things you want. If its not on the selves they try to order it for they aim to please.
