Good store BUT I was offered 2 "FREE" subscriptions to magazines and then I was charged over the course of 4 months...3 TIMES for these "free" magazines. Ridiculous that I had to call an 800 number 3 times to fix the problem since Books A Million couldnt do anything. The store should probably get this issue straight if they want to keep customers. Will not be shopping here again.

While visiting Mrytle beach from the airport my family and I was doing some shopping at the near by mall when we decided to purchase some books. The customer service was horrible. The cashier name Jordan was very rude and sarcastic. I will never go there again.

I also will not be shopping here again, I believe this was the one where the woman and the guy made some horrible comment about my face when shopping there. I looked at the manga section for a couple minutes before I stormed out.

Clean neat bookstore. Theyre becoming rare. Dont complain. The staff are just regular people at a regular job. Be happy you can physically go to a bookstore. Soon there will be none.

The employees are great especially in the coffee shop. The magazine subscriptions have got to go. May not be BAMS fault but it makes them look bad. Coffee and deserts are great.
