Awful! In the past I have had great success with this place but last several months nothing but pure issues. Delayed signs, defective signs (had multiple signs words coming off and they were just sitting in our pump room out of the elements). I ordered about 20 signs had to keep emailing, contacting them over and over when they would be done, after 2 months finally received email from owner to have them done even though I approved them over and over. Once the owner said he would not fix the defective signs I cancelled my order. Our HOA will never utilize this company from poor customer service, delays, and extremely high inflated costs. They are awful!

I was getting ready for Toy Fair 2014 and 2 of my 3 prototypes did not come in from India. Called Fast Signs on short notice and they said theyd try to print, mount and laminate drawings for me in less than a 1/2 day. The turn around was super tight. And unfortunately a bit broke. So, they stayed late, bought another bit and it broke too. So they took another approach, made something flat-out awesome for me. And met me in a parking lot at 11pm...with the goods. I hopped on a plane, made it to the show and pitched my toys to Barnes and Nobles among others. How many companies would do this for a small-time client? I love these guys!

Fastsigns was recommended to me by my church since we use many banners to promote our different ministries. Terri put in a herculean effort with multiple revisions to design an amazing banner. I sent to proof to my customer and his comments were, "WOW"! I called Terri to approve the final design and told her my customers comments. She asked what I thought about the banner and I told her I didnt look at it after hearing my customers comments. I would definitely recommend you contact Fastsign for all your banner needs. Great customer service and world class quality products.
