I had an appointment for fingerprinting end arrived on time. Following remodel the cord for the laptop was missing. Took an employee over 30minutes (I waited 30 minutes in The store...employee was gone before I left) to get one at Wal-Mart (that is located 1/4 mile away!!!!!).....then the server was down. No apologies were given...just a statement to come back anytime during business hours...I understand things can go wrong but taking over 30 minutes to pick up one cord is ridiciulous!

I was at the UPS Store in Brandon near BoneFish. Jaeda provided outstanding customer service. She thoroughly explained all shipping options as well as the benefits in using UPS. I left confident that my mother would get her package in time for her event on this Sunday. They guaranteed delivery for Friday. Thanks Jaeda for your help. I dont post often but since the manager was not in yet I wanted to make sure that he or she or someone in leadership saw the comments.

After paying $374.00 for what we were told would be a Saturday delivery, we found out (after it wasnt delivered on Saturday) that we had purchased a Monday delivery. Double check your paperwork with this place before you sign because they were not interested in discussing the fact that we were given the impression that it would be delivered Saturday. We had no use for a Monday delivery and wouldnt have signed off on that if we had been paying more attention.

The employees here are very helpful, knowledgeable and, pleasant. The prices are reasonable I suppose, never have I done any comparisons with competitors. I use their fax and,copy machines as well. The staff always works with me to get what I need done the best /least expensive way possible and,the equipments not always out of order!

there are alot of thieves in this store. i had taken a picture of my items that i sent to a costumer before i sent it out and the costumer messaged me stating items were missing and that the package was cut open with a box cutter before she received it. i lost 75$ because of this company and all that they did was cancel my dispute

First of all the manager was very rude, secondly she charged me $1.50 just to put tape on my box (mind you a small box, I was returning a rental book from chegg). She had a horrible attitude will never go to another UPS store again... unless I have to.

I got there the hour they opened. It was on a down day so they were short staffed, but that is to be expected, but received good service. He was knowledgeable and supportive with the few customers that were there. He kept a smile the whole time.

The young petite clerk that was working in the store this morning hates her job. I greeted her and she said absolutely nothing during my whole transaction. The owner needs to put more energy in the selection of his employees.
