Dont interview or work for this company. Linda did not explain what type of interview this was going to be and had the gall to tell me last night in an email that this interview was just getting to know about me and not to prepare for the interview. FYI a candidate always prepares for an interview and that is why it is so vital to get all the info from the interviewer. How dare you say to me in an email not to prepare. Then she ridiculed me this morning about my first name. I have a right to go by my middle name if I want too. She has really upset me and crushed my hopes of ever getting a FT job. She literally set me up to fail the phone interview. I am sitting on my couch crying. I so wanted a career in Marketing and she dashed my hopes of ever getting one. I heard at the end of the phone call that I am not good enough and that she would never call me back. She made me mess up the phone interview. Who the hell does she think she is. She is not punctual either. Been searching high and low for a FT job for a long time and interviewers have become ruthless and treating candidates like me like sh@#. I dont deserve this horrible treatment. I was totally blind-sided during the phone interview this morning. Even there websites are so dam confusing - I have no idea what they actually do. If I would of known this was going to be a preliminary interview over the phone I would of never accepted to have the phone interview in the first place. Linda upset me a great deal - she doesnt deserve to have a job as far as I am concerned. Linda needs to be fired for how horrible she treated me. She literally made me fail my phone interview.
