I have been shopping at goodwill for many years and most at this location; however, I have never experienced such rude treatment as I recently had by the cashier. She displayed a very nasty attitude and was argumentavie to the point that the only way I will continue my business is to have a manager complete my transactions. Upon asking the manager for her name, the cashier turned around to me and in a rude tone said her name was Stephanie. After contacting the actual store manager and explaining the situation I am not at all satisfied with the results in reference to this matter.

Clean organized place to shop for pre owned clothing , household goods. Well stocked and fun to shop for treasures for low prices. Also wonderful programs for handicap to have employment in an organized setting. Goodwill does give back to the community.

I buy all of my shirts here. Im 3x and if you come on Sunday, you can find a few here and there. We donate our old clothes and furniture every year. Seems like a good concept to help people who need a job. Friendly staff.

Large selection and fairly well organized. Only frustration is that items without price tags must be sent to the back to be reprocessed.

Good deals, most the staff are friendly welcoming you as u walk in. Could improve on letting customers know of discounts or sales.

Its okay. It doesnt have a great selection, and Ive never found anything amazing here. But its the only goodwill in Florence.

Has nothing but clothes. Pass on this one unless youre looking for dead people clothes for some reason.
