Florence and surrounding Pee Dee areas locally owned sporting goods store is a place that Ive patronized since their inception decades ago- The hands on customer service and knowledgeable staff are always available to assist with the abundance of sporting goods and gear- From a locally owned, highly respectable family business, and one of the few in this industry that is still homegrown in Florence and I will continue to support and recommend everyone else do the same. All Star Sports is without a doubt a solid company with an acute focus on customer satisfaction and supporting of local businesses throughout the community. Terrible customer service. Called to inquire about a size for our son. Person at the store couldnt answer the question. Put us on hold to call Jeffrey. He didnt know the measurements or size of an adult small and didnt know if he could get a youth large (what she said) and so she took our information and said he would contact us. Next evening still havent heard anything and the schools "store" is set to close tonight. So we call again. NO information, so they give us Jeffreys direct line. Talked to him and he hadnt done ANY research whatsoever and was absolutely NO help in figuring out how much to large the team shirt would be for our son.

I have had a great experience with the store. My order was timely, and I received exceptional service. They have a great selection of sports clothes, especially for children. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
