Woman was rude to me and my daughter while purchasing shoes. She refused to even bend down and help my 9 year old with the basketball shoes or tie them. She indicated that she wouldnt go near her feet since she just got done playing soccer and she was sweaty. I then asked for socks and all 3 associated ignored me. I asked DIRECTLY to the 3 and they didnt hear me because they were carrying on a personal conversation. I left with my barefoot daughter even though I was going to purchase the $42.00 shoes. RUDE!!!! This store has disappointed me on MANY occasions and I always swear I wont go back, this time I mean it! Apparantly they like to hire people that dont like to give customer service!!!!!

Ive noticed an awesome change in this store the past year or so. A lot of new employees have made the store look really nice. It used to be real bad.
