I went to P.C. Tech on broad street to get a new screen protector for my phone. I was helped right away by a really nice man named Brian and not only did he provide me with a great screen protector but he even put it on my phone free of charge and left it without any air bubbles and no dust trapped underneath my phone. I would recommend P.C. Tech to anyone who has any technical problems. They even make an iPhone 6 mini and can change the back of your phone to any color you want! Not to mention they can light up the apple logo on the back of your phone. So overall P.C. Tech is an amazing store.

I always bring my electronics here for repairs but today I came In looking for a new iPhone and found exactly what I was looking for at an unbelievable great price plus exceptional customer service. Brian was a great help when my wifes Samsung S6 had a busted screen. They had the best price after looking at three other places in Warwick, Cranston, and Providence. Brian was professional and helpful. My phone was ready and worked well. I have been back for other electronics and Otto, one of the techs, was also very polite and professional. This is a great place to trust for repairs.

Called around noon to inquire about getting my laptop keyboard fixed. Otto told me to come in later that day when I was available. I came in around 5:30pm and he told me that he could have the keyboard replaced within the hour. I came back around 6:30pm and it was fixed good as new and works great. Very professional and great service. Would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with my laptop and decided to bring it to PC Tech based on previous postings. Otto was very professional and THOROUGH!! The plastic casing under the motherboard and on top of the keyboard cracked at the left hinge connecting the monitor. They replaced the casing and repaired the hinge. Its working and looks GREAT! I highly recommend PC Tech.

First time there yesterday and the staff was very welcoming, informative of their services, and very fast with their repairs! They fixed my iPhone 6s for a very reasonable price and in under an hour, probably less! I highly recommend this place to anyone who has bad iPhone luck like myself.

LCD on my gaming laptop broke. Brought it here since gaming laptops are a bit trickier to fix and they did a fantastic job. LCD is like brand new and laptop is running beautifully again. Would do business with them again.
