I took my laptop in to get the fan fixed because my warranty had expired from Bestbuy. When I arrived, the place looked ok. Nothing fancy, a regular hole in the wall shop. They were a little busy, not that much that they didnt greet me, but I had to wait about 10 minutes before they could get to me. I spoke to a man, I believe the manager, he told me what it would cost and by when I would have it back, barring complications, told him ok, lets do it. Received it back earlier than expected and paid less than half for what Bestbuy wouldve charged me. All in all, it was a very good experience. They made a loyal customer out of me. The manager, whos name is Phidias, was quite pleasant. I asked him what else they do there, he told me they fix computers, TVs, and cellphones. They will also send someone to your house if you cant bring the computer into the shop, for an extra cost of course. I thought that was quite good for a hole in the wall shop. He thanked me for my business, I thanked him for the service and that was it.

New Technology Computers is a one of a kind place i dropped off 1 laptop and 2 desktop that did not work at all...After a review of all 3 computers they where able to tell me and fix everything that was wrong with it and even gave me a quick tutorial and explained how to avoid the problems that it had from happening again...I really recomend NTC Keep up the good work guys..

Great customer service. Apple was charging me $700 to replace my macbook motherboard and they fixed it for $125! This wasnt my first visit. They have come through for me on various occasions when my business PC needed upgrading and the turnaround time was 24hrs! I always recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Dont speak english. I dropped off a laptop to get checked. I got it back in worse condition. They downloaded programs that I dont recognized. Do not trust this place plus no one there has experience in computers just basic knowledge

Great service. Diagnosed the situation in minutes. Quoted me either $75 or $200 and had it back in under 2 days for $75! Could have charged me more and didnt. An honest service shop is a great thing. Well done staff.

Own a restaurant on Atwells Avenue and found store on-line. The owner was very nice. My problem was fixed in 30 minutes and it was inexpensive. I plan to use them moving forward.
