They dont even deserve one star. Based on the other reviews i am not surprised except for Robyns review which was either written by the company or was a paid review because there is not one person in Nashua or Hudson that can say this company is anything but a group of con artists. I work for a software company and have had work contracted through geek squad as well as other third parties. Showtimes not only has no idea what they are doing but probably are the worst customer service to boot. Dropped off a $1,500 custom laptop to have the hard drive migrated to a solid state drive I explained that the drive was encrypted. They took a week before I had to call and they said the drive is broken. After driving down there and proving it wasnt they then say "OH we cant work with an encrypted drive!" and tried to charge me for work. Even though there was a post it on the screen reading "DRIVE IS ENCRYPTED" I guess reading is not the technicians (Name Noel) strong point. They then gave me the computer back to un-encrypt when and I got the laptop back it was missing the plastic light covers from the screen. They basically told me I must have done that even though its brand new. So on top of the technician not being able to read he also has no clue on how to re-assemble a laptop. In the end I told them my property was damaged and they said I should put some tape over it......Classy laptop repair. No thanks. Thanks for destroying my property Showtimes.

Please picture this scene! Its 1:45 am and Im trying to finish a business proposal to secure a large contract from a very important client. Suddenly, my computer screen goes white with cryptic characters appearing off and on, and all keys are frozen. VIRUS! I was was dead, dead and more dead! At 8:30am, I meet Fred Santos, owner, as hes opening for the day. I explained the high level of urgency that I had in finishing my proposal on time. I asked that the virus be removed, remove XP Pro and replace with Windows 7 and its updates and find an anti-virus/anti-spyware that I can trust. Okay, but it will probably be tomorrow morning because of the shops full schedule for that day. At 3:55pm that very same day I received a call from Fred telling me that my HP laptop was ready to go!! I was prepared to pay a hefty price for this rapid turn-around. I was wrong. The amount that I paid was incredibly reasonable for this absolutely rapid, professional and proficient service. Mr. Santos, you have a customer for life, and one that has already begun to tell others.

Aweful experience, would not recomend to anyone. After spending hundreds of dollars on ink refills here in the past I chose to use them for a computer issue. I brought in a lap top to be cleaned and restored to factory settings. This service cost me $120.00(which I prepaid) and I was told my computer would run like the day it was bought and would be finished before Friday. I hadnt heard from anyone, so I called close to closing time on Friday and was told it was not ready, but will be the next day. I called the following morning and someone told me they especially came in to work on my comp, but still needed a few hours. Once I finally took my lap top home and turned it on, it needed to configure and updated for over two hours! Come on! After being in the store for a week and $120.00 later! Computer does not run like the day it was bought, it is slower and all they really did was delete all the programs and earse the memory. Will never go there again.

Honestly, not much gets under my skin.... but when I am cheated out of the money I gave in good faith to a store in exchange for a cheap product, I get fusturated. Showtime Computer is a perfect example of a store that takes pride in robbing its customers, and does so smiling. I purchased an adapter there this morning and after hours of trying to install it correctly, I brought the adapter back to return it since it wasnt compatible with my windows operating system (which, come to find out they knew this.) When the adapter was taken out of the bag the cheap plastic casing popped open....IN THE MANAGERS HANDS and he told me he wouldnt take it back because it was broken. I did nothing to this piece of junk other than try to install it properly. How is this store still in business??? I think they should wear masks when they are stealing money from you.

Fabulous customer service! I brought my pc in on Friday afternoon, signed up for Express service, which is $30 per hour more than regular service. They told me it would be 1-2 business days and they would call me when it was ready. That was reasonable. Saturday morning at 9AM I got a call that my machine was ready. Wow! They did it Friday evening and called me first thing the next morning to pick it up. The charge was only for one hour, which was very reasonable, and they did extras that I hadnt even asked for, but would have done myself. They: Downloaded MS Security Essentials Formated my old drive so it was ready to drag and drop files Downloaded all the Windows updates which would have taken me hours Cleaned up my old installations of Windows These guys totally rock, I am very impressed.

I have now bought three custom compters from Showtime - two desktops (an I5, and I3) and one laptop (an I5). I only wish I had found them years ago! All three computers are fantastic. The store associates helped me pick the right machines for my needs, the store quickly installed additional customizations that I wanted, and when I got them home they ran beautifully right out of the box. When I had questions they were quickly and expertly answered. The service is fantastic, the people at the store are pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Showtime to anyone the next time they need a computer, or service on their current one, and additional or replacement component - for anything computer related, Showtime is my new favorte place!!

Brought a computer in for repair, they were unable to fix it...so I purchased a computer from them because I needed the info on the hard drive from my old computer...they proceded to install my old hard srive on the new computer but the kept the hard drive feom the new computer...the computer they sold me went dead after only 40 days of use...I went back to them to see if they could help, but they woukd not look at it unless I paid $60 first just to look at it...So I paid $60 for them to look at my first computer plus $300 to purchase the 2nd computer because they coulnt fix the first...now im out $360 and no computer waddayathink eh?... by the way I have computers I have bought for less than $300 from several years ago from other places
