cannot be surpassed in his quick, personalized service. Ed keeps in mind the big picture of our home & business network while helping us cheerfully on short notice with our crisis de jour. Sudbury Computer single handedly took care of our Sudbury network and advised us on what systems who needed to simulateously run two unrelated home businesss plus let our kids have a safe, separate desktop system for about 8 years before we moved 7 hours west to the Rochester, NY area. We still benefit from his monthly reminders and will not hesistate to call him first as soon as any computer issues arise in our new local. It is amazing how much he can diagnose and even fix on-line and by phone from afar.
