Their most recent fb post discriminates against meat eaters! Not only that but his store smells bad.....the only positive about this store is that its in derry nh and i love derry nh... - old customer from Haverhill, Massachusetts EDIT: Shut up about the BBB.....everybody trash talks your store. all because one website says, "ya the used apple store is cool" doesnt mean most people think that.... EDIT EDIT: YELP says...... , "Consumer Alert A number of positive reviews for this business originated from the same IP address." .....um....thats clearly you. you cant hide from your issues....please fix them. STOP BASHING CUSTOMERS...you know what they say...the customer is always right. Instead, ask, "how may i make your experience better next time.." you need help sir...

Not only have I had horrible experience with them while buying phones and getting them prepared due to the owner being extremely unprofessional, but he also lied to me about getting a job there. I called in and told the owner, Bill, I was 16 and he was perfectly fine with that and told me to come down to the shop. When I got there he suddenly switched on what he said and told me they dont hire until 18. Ive had friends who have worked there that are under 18 and they told me he only pays in cash and there were multiple weeks where he didnt pay them. Not only is this guy unprofessional but hes also a liar and a scam artist.

Just Look them up! I have no idea how this con artist is still in business. I was blocked from commenting on his facebook page awhile back because I called him unprofessional after he started calling a young woman names because she had a bad experience there. I personally have read NUMEROUS horror stories from now ex customers. some of them being he switched out backs of phones to fake ones and their carriers confirmed this. He even tells you "cash only" Who does that? Not someone who is legit, that is who. Stay far away from this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Spend the extra money to have it done professionally. The cat piss smell is something I can get passed, However, I was not a fan of getting my phone back with more wrong with it when I went in to have it fixed. When I called to tell the "tech" that my battery life has gone from All day, to less then an hour he told me quote to " go F*** yourself, and your mother too" Terrible experience with a bickering staff, Shotty work, and no responsibility to fix there mistakes. Awful expierience! Dog and cat feces everywhere!!! Not to mention he was very rude, ended up leaving because he mixed my friends iPhone up with someone elses. Not to mention all the things people have to say. The comment below is by far the most unprofessional thing a business owner can say to someone on a review. DONT GO HERE . UPDATE---- NO. that had nothing to do with my review I dont even know who those people are. How about you admit youre a scam and just get rid of your business.

This store i wouldnt recommend to anyone. This guy really doesnt know what he is doing. He is very unprofessional. He talks the talk vut can walk the walk. He will tell you that he will fix things and then charge you before he fixes anyrhing then he cant fix the problem. Well if you loke getting screwed the you will love this bullshiter. Stay away

Known lots of people who have been here and with no issues whatsoever. Most of the negative reviews seem to be from uneducated people who do not understand Apple products. I myself sold two phones to Bill with no issue, got my cash and got it out. 5 stars from me.

The store is super dirty and some girl posted on bringing derry together that an apple associate said hes selling false parts so dont go there!!! it voids your warranty and they dont even warn you before a screen replacement
