Hello, THE STORE MANAGER IS A BULLY, after complaining that my copy were done wrong, he told me if I dont like it to leave, there are others stores, He fallowed me around as if I was a thief, I felted harassed, I saw him intimidating his employees. I told the employee to contact Human right commission, the manager said there is not such of government agency, I told him I was going to complaint to corporate office. He told me he has been manager for several stores in the new England area, and no one will listen to me. I told my Family, Friends, and posted it on Facebook about this BULLY, I think his name was Kevin. he is white, about 58, husky, I will not shop in the south Attleboro, MA store till his Bully is out. Bizarre shopping experience. The sales associate tried to talk me out of buying the laptop I wanted, then said his assistant manager ("I dont know where he is, but hes on the phone and wearing a gray shirt") would help me. So I waited about 25 minutes while the manager completed a long return transaction that involved calling other stores. None of the associates even made eye contact with me. For 25 minutes. And when he got off the phone, the assistant manager walked past me and asked the associate what I was waiting for. I got what I wanted, but I felt like I was in a Kafka novel. Social awkwardness? Secret desire to save the laptop for someone else? Whats up with that?

I could not give you even one star. I was just left waiting for twelve minutes and eventually had to hand up. At one point a very unruly girl picked up the phone and mumbled something and put me back on hold for another ten minutes. Who is running this Company???? Shame. If you want to get business you should employ mannerly people and have enough people to respond to a telephone call. I was forced to give one star, but you do not deserve it.

I have shopped at this Staples frequently for many years. They almost always have exactly what I need or will help me find it in the online store for home delivery. My copies have generally been spot on. Staff very friendly. My only complaint is the new store location has a funky smell that makes me queasy with a headache in short order. It may be carpet glue. But they have been in this location for quite a while and the smell has not abated.

I get a lot of stuff printed at this Staples and have never had an issue. Im pretty picky and theyve never minded reprinting it. I came one day during a sale and the staff was really friendly. I was there late and they still helped me.

Quick and helpful sales associate. Not crowded. There was gum on the floor right in the entrance, but I can forgive that.
